From regal ballrooms to intimate boardrooms, the sophisticated meeting facilities of our Sonoran Desert resort can accommodate a wide range of functions and capacities.
Vaquero Ballroom (1st floor)
Our largest event space, The Vaquero Ballroom is fully redesigned featuring striking contemporary changes to carpet, airwalls, wall covering and lighting. Registration desks, adjacent bathrooms and foyers are also included in the renovation. Double entrance doors were added to the ballroom to provide quieter access to the meeting space. The addition of a public corridor enhances the flexibility of the space and allows for more breakout options.
The adjoining Vaquero Foyer offer two registration desks for pre-event sign-in and information, as well as for Continental breakfast buffets or cocktails and hors d’oeuvres prior to your grand dinner.
Arizona Ballroom (1st floor)
The 12,000 square foot Arizona Ballroom is enhanced with beautiful stained oak millwork, accents of fossil stone, contemporary lighting and carpeted in a palette of warm sandy neutrals punctuated with shades of bittersweet, gold and deep plum. The outside entrance to the ballroom features cascading fountains, vibrant bougainvillea and palm trees lining the entry drive. Use this spacious venue on its own to accommodate set-ups including 1,100 theater-style or 600 in a classroom set up. Two foyers with three registration desks and two attached outdoor spaces – Desert Garden and The Arizona Patio – create the consummate business space with excellent locations for everything from event registration and meetings to luncheons and coffee breaks.
